Stand up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest growing water sport around the world. 
It’s easy to learn, is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and most of all it’s a lot of fun.

Stand Up Paddling looks an easy sport but there are many tips which can help you to paddle better and have more fun.
In just a few sessions, you will improve your balance & coordination as well as your strength & endurance.

SUP is the ultimate full body workout. The benefits of SUP are improving balance, 
strengthening core and leg muscles, improving flexibility, strength and coordination. 

Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early please. We can get waivers and payment completed so you have more time on the water!

We provide all the equipment you need during your lesson/s. Paddleboard, Paddle, Safety lease, Life Jacket.

*must have prior SUP experience or taken one of our lessons prior to any tour.

Book a Tour:

All Participants must be 6 years old or older, a good swimmer, and must have a signed and completed terms & conditions and waiver.
All SUP Tours must be paid in full at time of booking. 4-days cancellation notice required. There will only be refunds given if we deem the weather /wave conditions/etc. are not suitable for paddle boarding. We will try to reschedule first.
