Stand up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest growing water sport around the world.
It’s easy to learn, is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and most of all it’s a lot of fun. Stand Up Paddling looks an easy sport but there are many tips which can help you to paddle better and have more fun. In just a few sessions, you will improve your balance & coordination as well as your strength & endurance.
SUP is the ultimate full body workout. The benefits of SUP are improving balance,
strengthening core and leg muscles, improving flexibility, strength and coordination.
Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early please. We can get waivers and payment completed so you have more time on the water!
We provide all the equipment you need during your lesson/s. Paddleboard, Paddle, Safety lease, Life Jacket.

Learning to stand-up paddle is easy - but, anything is easier and safer with proper instruction,
so we do recommend stand-up paddling lessons for beginners.
Beginner lessons are for those who want to learn how to Stand up paddle in a proper way.
Whether you’re paddling for the very first time or have rented a couple times and now want to learn the most efficient
way to paddle – SUP Basics is the class for you!
This basic class teaches you the fundamentals of paddle boarding. Our experienced coaches will teach you how to get on your board and stay on your board, and share tips about how to maintain balance while afloat. You’ll also learn different paddling techniques. You’ll leave this stand up paddle board lesson feeling comfortable with your board and ready to SUP across the water.

INSTRUCTION 3-4 PEOPLE INSTRUCTION 5-10 PEOPLE
The group lesson is for those of you who want a shared experience with family or friends. A 60 minute session devoted solely to your group with one of our expert instructors. Ocean safety, entering the water, proper stance, stroke and turning are all covered.

All of our lessons can be scheduled as a private lesson or a pack of private sessions. Private lessons can be for individuals or groups. Some people prefer learning to stand up paddle with nobody else around and we completely understand that. We will even make sure to pick a location that is away from any crowds so you are very comfortable during this lesson, Private lessons are also a great way to focus on exactly what you want to learn and spend time on. Stand Up Paddling looks an easy sport but there are many tips which can help you to paddle better and have more fun. We can accommodate all requests for private lessons.
