Stand Up Paddle Boarding 



Stand Up Paddling looks an easy sport but there are many tips which can help you to paddle better and have more fun.In just a few sessions, you will improve your balance & coordination as well as your strength & endurance.
Learning to stand-up paddle is easy - but, anything is easier and safer with proper instruction, 
so we do recommend stand-up paddling lessons for beginners.



Beginner lessons are for those who want to learn how to Stand up paddle in a proper way.

Whether you’re paddling for the very first time or have rented a couple times and now

want to learn the most efficient way to paddle – SUP Beginners is the class for you!

This basic class teaches you the fundamentals of paddle boarding. Our experienced coaches

will teach you how to get on your board and stay on your board, and share tips about how to maintain

balance while afloat. You’ll also learn different paddling techniques. You’ll leave this stand up paddle

board lesson feeling comfortable with your board and ready to SUP across the water.


All lessons include everything you will need to learn how to SUP, including paddleboards! 
Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early please. We can get waivers and payment completed

so you have more time on the water!
